Coface India offers to Indian-based companies a full range of credit management services, i.e., domestic and export credit insurance and factoring through partners, overseas and domestic business information reports through its Business Information Centre in Bangalore, debt collection and marketing reports through its division Kompass India.
Business information
Coface India has created a Data Production cum Business Information Centre in Bangalore which is the Information Technology Capital of India to produce and market business information reports on Indian-based debtors. The Data Centre is also used for the various data entry needs of the Coface Group. International business information reports on foreign debtors are also sold within India by the sales force of the Coface India.
Debt collection
Coface India assists the Coface Group entities in debt recovery on Indian debtors. Coface India also markets for Coface RBI (Coface’s major claims recovery business subsidiary) services in India.
Marketing products
Coface India also sells the marketing products of Kompass International, a full subsidiary of Coface, either directly or through its franchisees located in Kolkata, Pune, Punjab and Gujarat.
Credit insurance and factoring
In credit-insurance and factoring services, Coface provides to our local partners, IFFCO-Tokyo Marine General Insurance, ICICI Lombard General Insurance, Global Trade Finance Pvt. Ltd., and Standard Charted Bank the service and the support needed to implement and manage the policies issued locally by such corporations which have been re-insured by Coface Singapore.
