ATTRACT TALENTED PEOPLE AND CREATE BUSINESS EXPERTS

At Coface, all new joiners take an induction training program. This helps them to become familiar with the Coface’s culture and provides an opportunity to establish a network of internal contacts. During their training course, the employees learn about the broad range of business lines at Coface, also giving them an exposure to international markets. Providing technical knowledge to our employees is a priority for Coface. We provide specialized training programs for newly recruited employees. These training programs are conducted in each region by experienced internal managers, qualified consultants and local specialists. Coface, through these training programs, provides the employees with an opportunity to improve their knowledge and share their best professional practices with colleagues based in other countries.

RECOGNIZE AND REWARD EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE

We assess the performance of all our employees each year. This is a key stage in giving them visibility in terms of their career prospects. In some cases it prepares them for more senior positions as specialist, functional or operational experts or managers. This exercise enables us to identify employee capability in assuming high-level positions and therefore receive personalized support locally while benefiting from centralized career management..

Combine diversity and excellence

Combine diversity and excellence

At Coface, diversity is not an option: for a company that serves 35,000 businesses in 66 countries, it is an imperative. Staff with varied career paths and profiles are indispensable to our success.

We primarily draw our strength from the cultural diversity of our staff and their knowledge of local markets. They reflect the diversity of our customers and ensure that the company is well adapted to a constantly changing socio-economic environment.

We also highly value gender parity amongst our staff.  At the level of the executive committee, the parity is reached.
