As with our commercial risk management services, our digital solutions support our clients and partners in their business transformation. Connectivity, generative AI, UX/UI design: our Solutions Development & Architecture expert shares his experience on the added value of data and how new technologies impact the solutions designed by Coface.
Data and Tech driving user experience
At Coface, innovation is connected to our clients' and partners' business realities! Whether it is led by a Business Analyst, in design by our developers or in modelling by our Data Scientists, each website project, new feature, decision-making tool or service platform aims to achieve a dual objective: to deliver a value-added solution to our clients and to offer an enriched and personalised user experience. With the same ingredients: Coface's global data patrimony and cutting-edge technologies such as generative AI, automation, Machine Learning and Data Science.
Our role is to simplify the use of our services for our clients and partners, and enable them to interact easily with Coface. For example, we develop intelligent generative AI chatbots and connectivity solutions such as APIs, so that all our expertise can be integrated directly into their own IT ecosystem.

Innovation at Coface: from a simple challenge to the creation of a client solution
A collaborative environment and a spirit of initiative: at Coface, innovation takes shape in different areas and in various forms. Any project can be pitched, with one condition: it must meet a client need. ‘And sometimes we surprise ourselves!’ smiles Emmanuel. Such as during a digital sobriety challenge organised at Google's offices a few years ago. ‘At first, we didn't have any specific ideas in mind. But in the end, we came out of the challenge having designed the Coface Push Notification System (CPNS) solution for our CofaServe client API!’, says Emmanuel.
Now, the CPNS solution only provides our clients with data directly related to current credit decisions. This has several benefits: clients make sure they're up to date in real time, and they save time, resources and storage space by avoiding thousands of needless notifications and data exchanges. ‘And as a bonus, we won the silver medal!’ smiles Emmanuel.
